# GKAIM anatomy licences and attribution All model bytes and source-definition text used at runtime are local to this package. URLs below preserve attribution/provenance and are not required model-hosting dependencies. Retain this file, per-entry source identity and all applicable notices when distributing. ## Z-Anatomy detailed male reference Gauthier Kervyn and Z-Anatomy contributors, CC BY-SA4.0, derived in part from BodyParts3D © DBCLS. Official FBX export by Lluís Vinent. https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy and https://github.com/LluisV/Z-Anatomy/tree/PC-Version/Resources/Models/FBX . Exact upstream licence notices are in licenses/. Changes: node transforms baked, centimetres converted to metres, positions/normals/indices packed locally, duplicate/degenerate faces removed, missing normals repaired, curated tags/colors/source roles, annotation helpers and noncommercial/uncertain components excluded. Geometry adaptations of this collection are distributed under CC BY-SA4.0. The adaptation does not claim a new anatomical review. Source exclusions are documented separately. White-matter boundary material credited to Anderson M. Winkler, Brain for Blender (Brainder), CC BY-SA3.0: https://brainder.org/research/brain-for-blender/ . Preserve this component attribution and applicable share-alike terms. ## BodyParts3D / retained female composite BodyParts3D © The Database Center for Life Science, current database licence CC BY4.0: https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/lic.html . Human Atlas and female-atlas upstream code/adaptations and Mahendra Beniwal credits are preserved in the original notices. The female composite contains male-derived adapted framework geometry; it is not represented as female-native skeleton/musculature. Source parts retain their provenance. ## HRA v1.10 organ sets Kristen Browne and Heidi Schlehlein,3D Reference Organ Sets for Male/Female v1.10,15 June2026, CC BY4.0. Male DOI10.48539/HBM833.WZWN.425; female DOI10.48539/HBM637.DWBM.744. https://humanatlas.io/3d-reference-library . Original metadata and ontology crosswalks are bundled in licenses/. Underlying Visible Human material is credited to the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Allen and Yao references retain their source node names/metadata; these are additional references, not donor-specific sex morphology evidence. Changes: source node transforms baked, unused vertex attributes omitted, normals quantized, triangle cleanup/missing-normal repair, geometry packed into local bundles, original labels mapped to source IDs/ontology, display tags/colors curated. Allen parcel display-side labels omitted when frame laterality was not established. ## Female lower-limb study Andreassen et al., Visible Human Female lower-extremity anatomy (2023), CC BY4.0, through the Human-Atlas derivative at pinned commit5bb5713aab18d7fe9380c3339eb09f173491ea06. https://digitalcommons.du.edu/visiblehuman/1/ and https://github.com/slorksmo/Human-Atlas . Upstream simplification/fitting and original attribution are preserved in licenses/Denver-*. It contains76 female donor-derived muscles. Upstream group fits are not independently validated registration; residuals17.4–36.1mm are explicitly disclosed. Changes here: isolated donor-muscle records, local repacking and duplicate-face/normal cleanup, no additional vertex movement. ## Right bony labyrinth specimen Wimmer et al. (2019), Human Bony Labyrinth: Co-Registered CT and micro-CT Images, Surface Models and Anatomical Landmarks, CC BY4.0. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3355272 . Right F07 micro-CT surface; specimen descriptor and primary metadata bundled. F means formalin group, not female. Changes: millimetres converted to metres, normals computed, local packing. No body registration claimed. ## Offline source definitions Wikipedia contributors and Z-Anatomy contributors.3,757 English source entries, with per-entry article URL(s), pinned source file and licence, are included locally. Wikipedia text is attributed upstream under CC BY-SA3.0; adapted collection CC BY-SA4.0. See licenses/DEFINITIONS_ATTRIBUTION.md and bundled exact source notices. English-only extraction and whitespace/URL-field normalization are recorded. Unreviewed source text is distinguished from original teaching notes and from geometry availability. ## Viewer libraries Three.js and fflate are MIT-licensed; exact notices in licenses/. Original upstream viewer adaptation MIT notices are retained. New GKAIM integration/teaching summaries do not replace third-party attribution or share-alike obligations. No proprietary/paid-provider geometry or code was copied into this package. ## V24 additions V24 shared head/coccyx adaptations remain CC BY-SA4.0. OpenEar Delta ossicle geometry is CC BY4.0 with source authors and modification notes in `licenses/V24-ADAPTATIONS-AND-OPENEar.md`. New application code does not remove source-model attribution or share-alike requirements. ## V25 source-frame corrections and original kidneys The scoped coherent body catalogs reuse unchanged Z-Anatomy source bundles locally. The female-slot framework is a male-derived shared adaptation with one positive uniform scale across all tissues. It is not a female-native reconstruction. Original Z-Anatomy and Brainder component licences/attributions remain applicable. Two original BodyParts3D 4.3 kidneys (DBCLS, FJ3147/FMA7204 and FJ3145/FMA7205) were fetched from the official public source viewer. These are not the excluded modified Z-Anatomy kidney meshes. The explicit source-viewer terms are **CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan**, retained conservatively for this distribution. They are not relicensed under the surrounding viewer's MIT licence or the Z-Anatomy collection's CC BY-SA4.0 notice. Per-component metadata retains this distinction. Changes: proper axis rotation, mm to m, source-frame translation established by an unchanged homologous spleen, computed normals and packed local buffers. The shared-slot version additionally uses the same whole-body uniform scale as its other tissues. No claim of clinical validation is made. Exact source request/response identifiers, filename alias discrepancy, hashes, raw kidney OBJ files, anchor OBJ and original licence HTML are bundled under `licenses/BP3D-kidneys-v25/`. Source inspection and placement records: `licenses/BP3D-kidneys-v25/SOURCE_INSPECTION_REPORT.json`. Normal scoped reproductive views exclude placenta/umbilical ancestry; source geometry and licences are unchanged. Reproductive male and native female organs use separate frames. Presets below Reproductive retain V24 catalogs/geometry. ## V26 additions V26 adds original procedural teaching schematics in physiology.js, classroom navigation and source-routing/cache changes. External textbook images and third-party animations were not embedded. Source model geometry and its existing licenses are retained unchanged; shared catalogs reference those same licensed files. Equal-scale comparison and duplicate specimens are display adaptations, not independent female scans or newly registered left/right anatomy. ## V27 changes V27 preserves every V26 binary model file byte for byte. The original explanatory mechanisms are authored in `function-models.js`, with the viewer shell and retained shape helpers in `physiology.js`. All teaching geometry is authored locally. UI simplification, local-cache prefetch and same-origin enforcement do not remove the existing source attributions or share-alike requirements. The single female lower-limb specimen is routed to the Female view; ear/ossicle duplication remains explicitly documented. ## V28 authored teaching additions Native-heart motion adapts the already credited Z-Anatomy source surfaces. Those mesh adaptations remain subject to their existing CC BY-SA4.0 terms. The valve windows, microscopic geometry, lesson stories, director and search assemblies are authored additions; third-party source rights and attribution remain unchanged. The source files accompany this release. All explanatory geometry is local. ## V33 local packaging and teaching tools All 120 original anatomy payloads are preserved byte for byte inside 17 local model packs. `tools/extract-source-models.py` restores their canonical paths when needed for source work. All mesh and text licences above remain applicable. Original V33 additions include accessible structure navigation, concept pathway maps and guided playback. Bundled SHA-256 fallback: @noble/hashes 1.8.0, MIT; exact notice in vendor/noble-hashes/LICENSE.
